Program Prerequisites
We offer special preparatory classes that lead to advanced training courses in Information Technology. These training programs can also be customized according to your requirements. Course Materials
For easy referencing and student help, BIIT take special measures to prepare handouts, detailed course outlines and syllabus, reading supplements, and other training materials. All of these course materials are specifically designed, developed and published by the learned faculty of BIIT, keeping in view the demands of training programs.
Students are provided all the course material during the scheduled classes, as well as, these can also be accessed via Student Resources & References.
Entire studying material of BIIT is copyrighted and cannot be copied or rephrased without prior permissions.
Course Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you want to reschedule the training program or want to take another training program, you need to give notice at least five business days in advance of the training program. Otherwise, you need to pay the rescheduling fee. Course rescheduling within five days of training event commencement will result in 10% rescheduling fee.
Course cancellation within five business days of start of training program will result in 15% cancellation fee. (15% of full course fee will be charged even if you do not attend the course. Notice of cancellation between 5 to 14 business days results in a 5% cancellation fee. Full fee will be refunded only if course cancellation is made at least 15 business days before the start of training program.
Paying students can also retake the same class when offered again on a space-available basis at no training charge. Though, there can be a nominal fee depending on the course material provided.
Training Program Policy
If BIIT cancels the commencement of training course, all the participants will be refunded in full. We will notify the student of cancellation at least 10 calendar days before start of training.
If any calamity strikes as local or natural disaster, severe weather conditions, power outage or airline strike; notice of cancellation can be later.
BIIT reserves the right to withdraw or add courses at any time without prior notice.
Registration
BIIT reserves the right to cancel registrations if payments are received less than 2 weeks before the start of training classes. It is recommended to register and pay fees for the program at least 2 weeks before the start of the training. One-day lectures and evening programs are exempted from this clause.
All trainings are pre-paid and the travel expenses are not our responsibility. For extra early registrations and groups, special discounts are available.
Real-life Situations
Since our labs are located in diverse locations, during trainings many problems can arise, such as hardware and network conditions, troubleshooting and problem solving (as drivers (kernel modules) for network cards or manual configurations for X11 configurations (graphical environment) can be needed. Our faculty and group of instructors use these troubleshooting and problem solving situations as part of your real-life learning experience.
Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied during the first day of a multi-day class, you
can demand a full course fee refund. All class materials must be returned to the
instructor before the second day's training.
